I contacted 5 different USPS employees at their office, on their customer service phone number, their website customer support, emailed them. So far their customer service has been useless. No one knows what I'm talking about and they keep telling me to contact some different department. I'm hoping to get some help from reddit.
When you change your address on USPS informed delivery, the website says that you're supposed to get a letter in the mail with a validation code. It's been like 3 weeks and I haven't received that letter. Has anyone had this problem? I don't know who to contact since their customer support people are clueless.
